Care of your Silk Bedding

Silk Duvets and Pillows

Due to the natural protection of the Serecin within the silk, your silk duvets and pillows will remain dust mite free, unlike feather and down duvets. If properly covered they should almost never require cleaning. A good airing on a washing line 2 or 3 times a year should be sufficient. If really necessary they may be Dry Cleaned, but this is to be avoided if possible. Small areas may be sponge cleaned

Silk Bedlinen

Hand wash or can be machine washed at 30ºC on a delicate cycle using a good silk washing agent. Rinse and air dry. Cool iron.
